Products that include freight, free shipping or indicate an estimated freight rate are based on delivery only within the Continental USA.
When you purchase products that you want to pick-up or require shipping costs, you must contact FSEL customer service "Click Here" or call Toll Free 1-877-373-5462 to confirm your requirements.
Based on your requirements FSEL will coordinate the pick-up or arrange shipping using the most economical shipping method to deliver your products. Shipping costs will include applicable crating costs, freight/delivery, fuel surcharges, insurance and any special services you require. These costs will be added to your order and if acceptable to you, the order will be processed and invoiced. All products are shipped FOB Origin.
In all cases, the Buyer is responsible for receiving and inspecting the freight upon arrival and noting any damage on the bill of lading or delivery ticket. Contact us immediately "Click Here" or call Toll Free 1-877-373-5462 to report the damage so FSEL can assist you in requesting an inspection and filing a claim. This is critical. Failure to do so may result in the denial of your claim.
