Food Service Equipment Liquidators, Inc (FSEL) Return Policy
To return any product you must contact FSEL customer service "Click Here" or call Toll Free 1-877-373-5462 to arrange the return and to receive a Return Material Authorization (RMA#). Please reference all revelant order information.
Do Not return any product before receiving a RMA# as this will either delay or make it impossible to issuse a credit as the Return Address may be different from the original shipping address.
The Buyer is responsible for all costs relating to the return, including but not limited to re-crating and freight. All returned items must be returned within five (5) working days and will be inspected. Credit will be issued based on the original product cost and applicable sales tax less any restocking and repair costs. Charges for the original freight/delivery or special services are not subject to credit.
